This is a slightly lemony tasting powder that can be mixed into juice. I've mixed this into soy milk or milk. This is the fruit formula powder filled with potent phytochemicals and does actually have 1 gram of protein from rice.

If you are adding fruit to make a smoothie, just toss a scoop of this powder into your regular blender. You can also use a Tupperware shaker or GNC has shakers that work very well to blend this powder into juice. It does not mix well with juice or anything else. It does not not mix, it stay at the top of what ever, liquid, cereal, yogart. The taste not palatable either. I'll let you know if the benefit out ways the taste and consistancy ; let's not forget price.
