Now that I am getting older and a whole lot creakier, I find that after being up for a while, the pain in my joints and muscles stops me in my tracks. If I take this natural medicine 2 or 3 times a day, I don't get those aches and pains anymore. It's basically made of hops....the same stuff fermented to make beer.
